Filing a copyright complaint
If you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, please send a notice to info@myinsurance2.site with the following information:
- a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- the URL of the page on our site where the allegedly infringing material appears;
- your name, email address, and other contact details;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate. We may also notify the party responsible for the material and give them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local courts. We will review counter-notices in good faith.
Please note that knowingly making false claims in a DMCA notice or counter-notice can result in legal liability.
